What is AUDDIS?

AUDDIS is the method by which Direct Debit Instructions and collections are transferred electronically between Originators and Paying Banks via BACS. This has many benefits, including;
· reducing unpaid DDs,( particularly on the first collection)
· eliminating paper from the system
· reducing errors from the re-keying of information.
When using the Paper Direct Debit method the client must send all completed DDIs to RSM and they are then responsible for the transmission of these to BACS and the mandate storage, required by BACS, for confirmation purposes.
