How To Become A Nominated Charity
1. Download, complete and sign a simple Heads of Agreement .
2. Download and complete a simple Charity Profile.
3. Download, complete and sign a Royalty Agreement
3. Email a copy of your Charity Logo to logos@days.org.uk
4. Mail the three completed forms to :	Donate As You Spend

We will complete and sign the documents, mail the original back to you for your records and place
a link for your Charity on our Charity Profile page.

All we ask is that you place a link to Charity Gift Vouchers and the DAYS websites on your
website and use your best endeavours to promote DAYS and Charity Gift Vouchers to your
supporters via newsletters, direct mail etc. Click on the Download Links button on the menu
to access links for both Donate As You Spend, DAYS MasterCard and Vouchers4Charity.

All the forms are in Portable Document Format (PDF) which is a commonly used format for presenting and sending information, such as text documents, forms and brochures, etc. It preserves all the original features and layout of a document, maintaining the look and feel of the original file format in the application that created them. Should you choose to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer, you can easily print or view PDF documents, from any computer platform (eg. Windows, Macintosh & UNIX) without needing to have a copy of the software used to create the document initially.
