Just click the button below to print out a form to fill in with all the details that we require and we will donate the face value of the gift voucher, less an administration fee*, to any registered UK charity.

Please Note: * Both One4All and Love 2Shop charge a fee for the print and handling of the voucher and DAYS make an administration charge for the distribution of the fund to your chosen charity. All donations from this and other DAYS services are audited by the Charity Commission. A minimum of 80% of the gift voucher face value will be available for your chosen charity.
